About 5th Dawn

5th Dawn began when Chris and Juan began playing together in December 2006. The band began to take shape with the additions of James McD (ex Civilized Anarchy) and Sean Deppe. After recording a demo in 2007, Tony Carducci (ex Wraith)joined the band and 5th Dawn began playing shows all over the Midwest. The band took a brief hiatus in 2007 while Juan embarked on a short European tour with Waco Jesus. Soon after, the band reconvened full-time with new guitarist Derek Ahrens (Ageless).

With their unique brand of thrash/death metal and armed with their debut album "Evolving Toward Oblivion", 5th Dawn is ready to leave its mark on the face of metal!
