About AmosAnon
AmosAnon is the pseudonym for musician Peter-James Dries. The name itself, a play on the moniker Anonymous, represents their anonymous work ethic; collaborations usually rely on the relatively untapped resource of the internet to record and share their tracks.
Some of the ideas behind AmosAnon are the exploration of personal identity, the lack of identity and the issue of conformity. They have been a self-releasing entity, hiding [free] copies of their albums around Palmerston North (Letterboxes, Library Books, Under cafe tables). AmosAnon has recently relocated to Wellington with hopes of distributing their [free] releases to a new fan base.
