About Belulah
The Lord brought myself (Jeff) and Glenda together in 1997 in playing worship. These songs are the gradual result of our regular worship time with the Lord.
The music is inspired and written from worship sessions. It is not performance or painstakingly constructed or rehearsed but comes from spontaneous worship in the Spirit. We tried to keep it simple. Music can be so powerful, especially when you can move beyond musical arrangements and seek to try & follow the movement of the Holy Spirit during worship. And you do not need to be a musician, everyone can sing. God loves music as true music is worship of Him, He created music.
Worship effects you, it blesses your health, heals you, gives you revelation and always refreshes your spirit.
During worship you can intercede for others, pray to the Lord, enter into His presence for help. It is not just a feel good exercise but a powerful spiritual exercise that when done in faith is effective.
We have heard many teachers of worship that have been inspiring. Wonderful worshippers such as David Swan, Jeremy Sinnot, Ruth Ward Heflin, Tom Inglis, Kent Henry, Terry McAlmon, Wes and Stacey Campbell, and the many little known worship teams in many obscure little churches. Think of all the wonderful old and new worship albums you've listened to and gained inspiration. We have much to be thankful for. So get out there and worship, get involved, write songs, write poems, sing, explore the gifts God has given you and never be discouraged. A desire fulfilled is a tree of life.
