About Billy Darnell

Billy Darnell reside in Lebanon , TN., and is a country music singer/songwriter that has worked many years perfecting his craft.

His works reflect the many issues we all deal with day to day, and his standard is, that the song evokes emotion, makes one think, is easy to listen to, and most importantly is pleasant to the ear. His music is rich with the traditional sound of country, but anyone that enjoys a good story line, and a well put together song, will enjoy the offerings of this very smooth sounding artist.

He plays Bass, Lead, and rhythm guitar, and does all his own vocal work.

Billy spent most of his life playing other peoples music for a living but has recently made a full time commitment to sharing his songs and music with the world.

His most recent release is a CD called "15 Years Later " , which contains 10 great songs that he has written, and arranged, over the past 15 years. It is a compilation of the the very best of his music, and has showed great promise in it first few weeks since being released. One of his songs, off the CD called " Don’t Hold On To A Memory ", made it's internet radio debute at #1 on Ram Radio, and a second song off the Cd ( Your One True Love ) is currently listed as #2 on Jerry Mac and Friends country music top 30 world wide play list of independent artists. In September Billy was listed as #10 on Joyce Ramgaties top 200 of all country artists played on internet radio.
