About Bischeop Csynnikal

Bischeop Csynnikal's Rise as a 100% independent Hip-Hop artist has touched the lives of thousands of people across the nation. The Chicago born, Las Vegas native has already sold hundreds of copies of his 2007 release "1st Of A New Breed". Since his 1st release he's done radio interviews such as with UNLV's 91.5. You can also hear him on dozens of internet radio stations, as well as radio stations in the U.S., Italy and England. Cd reviews include "The Las Vegas Weekly" and "Citylife". He plans to perform regularly upon completion of his second LP "Lyphe Of Csyn". He says; "My first performance was at the Cooler Lounge in Las Vegas, NV. It showed me this is my purpose. The fact that people knew words to my songs already felt like a great accomplishment. I do this for my fans and for my love of Hip-Hop music.

"The goal of an artist is to create the definitive work that cannot be surpassed" says B.C. (Also known as Bischeop Csynnikal aka GoddBC) who was born on the south side of Chicago in 1980. He made various trips along the northern hemisphere during his early adolescence due to being an army brat. Back in Chicago, he lived until about 1992 when he was moved to Las Vegas. Raised by a single mother with two other children, it was she, he comments who gave him his love of music. Anything from the sixties and on, she had it, and I was into it.
He never met his father. On his song entitled "Father's smile" he goes through the motions of the outcome of not having his father around, while simultaneously explaining to his "unborn child" why he is on death row (fictionally).
He got into a lot of trouble in Chicago, and moving to Las Vegas didnt curb his behavior. He was in and out of trouble, in and out of school, in and out of jail. He never went to his senior year of high school, a full year, because he got kicked out of every grade. His dismissal during his junior year was the last time he'd set foot in a high school classroom.
It was at the age of 14 that he started rapping, but it wasn't until he was about 22 that he decided to take it seriously. After his skills were honed, molded from various styles and genres of music, he describes his flow as a hybrid of lyricism, battle rap, poetry, and philosophy, into one perfect flow unlike the world has ever heard. The name Bishop comes from a Chicago friend who nicknamed him, commenting he was wise but had two sides. The name Cynical comes from a female friend who described to him that he had a Cynical mindframe. He went to go look it up in the dictionary, and it just stuck.
B.C. is currently working on an album entitled "1st of a New Breed". When asked to explain he had this to say: " I have lived in different parts of life. I come from a rough part of a rough city, and yet somehow I am able to penetrate aspects of life that most of my niggas never even think they'll see. I was fortunate enough to get out of there early enough to still develop the skills I now posess. So I think of my self as a chamellion of sorts. Accepted in the hood but can still do my professional thing. I learned a long time ago that in order to beat the white man at his own game, you have to learn how to play it first, I'm just trying to help my N.I.G.G.A.S. rise. It's like the matrix, that's the only way to describe it, and I'm like morpheus, trying to open everyone's eyes, but no matter how hard I try, I can't get rid of my wild side, a two headed gemini" written by B..J.T.
