About CloseApart
Five people who, despite possessing almost no time to do anything other than work and other such worthless pursuits, have somehow decided that being in a band was the best thing since sliced bread. Citing diverse influences and having come from a number of bands from Singapore's rock scene in the '90s, there's a little bit of everything in a CloseApart song--indie hooks, dancey beats, blues riffs and punk swagger.
CloseApart's songs are melodic rock influenced by 70s classic rock and seminal 90s Brit indie/dance, favourite artists being U2, Led Zeppelin, Manic Street Preachers, Kasabian, Kula Shaker, Coldplay and the like.
