About Deemyon

DEEMYON is the primary proponent of "Shtoos" music in this hemisphere. Shtoos began in the islands (Staten and Long) in the 90's, evolving as an outgrowth of alt rock with classical influences. Working below sea level and near high voltage lines Deemyon has developed a solid fan base of waiters and waitresses who sometimes offer to carry their stuff. Their driving rhythms, modal harmonies and haunting melodies have induced tympanic myoclonus in their fans at many of their performances.
