About Holly Hardy
Holly Hardy, hatched in the spring of 1988 is a Singer/Songwriter/Producer/Drummer from Dorset. Inspired by her musical family, friends, animals and growing up in the countryside Holly Hardys music fits nicely into the categories of Alternative/Acoustic/Folk.
Gilbet O’sullivan said “ I love Holly’s voice and her songwriting reminds me of my earlier days’. Holly’s laid-back ethereal voice, beautifully quirky vocal harmonies and diversity from one song to the next along with her colossal passion for music creates her own unique sound.
Hollys most recent song writing success was winning the song writing competition "The Groove Search" where she recorded her prize winning song "TOO HAPPY' with the London Phillharmonia Orchestra at Abby Road recording studios. Holly will also be appearing in Mays edition of ‘Pro Sound News’ magazine as she has recently been recording and producing her new EP at ‘Peoples Studios’ in London.
Holly s future only looks brighter after being asked by John McKenzie (who has worked with such names as Bob Dylan, David Bowie, Seal, The Eurthmics and many more), to collaborate with his London based group called ‘The Meat Eating Plants’ which is a Folk/HipHop/electronic/experimental/Artistic outfit including other collaborative artists such as Tracy Thorn, Nina Deli and Imogen Heap.
I hope you enjoy my music and i am always grateful for your kind support for taking a look at my profile and listening to my music.
