About Joe Horizon
I love recording fresh ideas when they arrive. Mainly for pure fun. I am supposed to do this. I mainly play drums and decided a couple of years ago to "get back" into recording again, after stopping completely to raise a family and build a career. I'm now back from not doing anything with musical ideas. I started out in a band in Illinois called "Landslide" in 1975. We had a manager and toured for two summers. Good times. After refusing to play disco, I was subsequently fired from the band as other musicians made themselves available at a block party gig in Bensenville, IL. I didn't rejoin a band until the 80's with Steve Gezeler. I have also recorded with the now famous John Fremgen, a great Bassist who is now in Texas. I record in my finished basement, playing all instruments and providing vocals. I do all mixing and final production as well with some Acid software. Not looking to be famous although it would be dangerous if the opportunity came my way. Enjoy, or simply delete. It's only 69 cents.
