About Koru

We’d like to introduce Koru. This Los Angeles born, Honolulu & San Diego raised left coaster is definitely of a different breed with razor sharp skills, which he considers a continuous master piece.

When he’s on the go, he likes to travel Asia, Europe, & Latin America. His quest is to have the world as his stage, gaining fans and friends alike worldwide through his influential style & electric vibes.

Koru’s style of music is Alternative Hip Hop, Rock, Dub, Pop, & Electro all rolled into one which represents his eclectic multi-cultural upbringing. He represents what it is to be a world citizen, with colleagues from all corners of Life.

Over the years he’s crafted his lyrical abilities to the point of seeming effortless. He likes to call the fun music Pop Thizz., “Korusterelli” his suave Altered Ego makes the melodic flirtatious tunes for the ladies. When he get’s down to business, you can respectively call it Rebel Gospel.

Koru has a long list of collaborations with encouraging nods from the most respected in the music industry, Down to the locals walking to his tunes, bobbing their heads.
Koru will be releasing singles on select Friday's known to Hawaii as "Aloha Friday". Check back periodically to hear new releases from Koru throughout the year.
