About Laudanum Forest

Laudanum Forest is a productive rock band with a very specific goal: true revolution in the music business. We are a little mouse leaning against a snowball on the top of the mountain.


The city below is the music industry of course.



The snowball: we share our income with our fans, binding our fate to their own, and thus building up a mega promotion team, and as such eliminating the last reason of existence for record companies.



How does it work? At www.sellaband.com you can buy a share in the band (1 share= 10$). For each share you buy, you get 1/5000 part of the band revenues on sales of their songs on the internet. When 5000 parts (shares) have been sold on Sellaband the band is invited to record a professional album and for every share you will get a Limited Edition Album. Laudanum Forest gives their revenues on that album to the share holders (believers) as well.
