About Lipscombe and Swan

Lipscombe and Swan are: Mike Lipscombe and Steev Swan. We live in Nelson (New Zealand....waaaay down south) and have performed as a duo for over 10 years.

For most of the last decade we have played covers gigs, with a couple of original shows a year as 'soul savers' Now we are almost an entirely original act. Mike writes the songs, Steev and Mike arrange them and perform them.

This year, we have been getting requests from country music shows for guest spots, which we are doing and have even learned to yodel again!! We do the yodels in harmony, sounds really different and is great fun to do. Come on in and have a listen.
