About Luca Luciano Clarinet
Biography “Luca is a noted Italian clarinettist and composer who now makes his home in London, having developed an enviable reputation as an instrumental virtuoso around the UK and overseas via recordings and concert hall appearances (“Masterful Clarinet”, Musician Magazine)”. Professor of both jazz and classical Clarinet, he starts his career at a very young age (only twelve) performing at one of the most prestigious concert-halls of his home town Naples, appears on television nationwide live aged twenty-one and quickly establishes himself as one of the most interesting talents in the UK and Europe. He has accumulated experience in both the jazz and the classical field, got a Bachelor in Music at the Conservatoire of Salerno (Italy) and a post-graduate-course on music entrepreneurship founded by the ECC and his repertoire encompass Weber, Brahms, Copland, Stravinsky and jazz music. He is mainly active as soloist/composer, touring extensively the UK and abroad and his experience includes concerts/recitals, studio sessions, TV performances, seminars, three solo albums, Orchestra and chamber music.
