About Magic Powers

It's all thanks to my late , wonderful Uncle Jim who gave me a huge acoustic when I was 14. Living in a remote coastal town I had little else to do other than move my fingers around the fretboard until it sounded sweet. Instantly , I knew what I had to do - write songs for 10 years , exploring and expressing many styles. I've lost many a girlfriend for my musical passion - the ladies love it when they see you on the beach powering some songs but when you say "sorry sweetness , I can't see you tonight - I need to practice..." oooooh ! They don't like it ! That's dedication. Sure , I'm stiil learning something new everyday , as we all should - but at age 25 I now feel I've cured most of my curiosities and I'm fully focused on songwriting and performing.
