About SB Favor

Music producer, vocalist,song writer and keyboard player .SB Favor was born and raised in the garden state of New Jersey. She developed an ear for music at the age of eight when she began to play the drums in elementary school. Her love for music especially jazz became stronger by the age of 12 as she could not live without her radio.

Gospel music was also a style of music she grew to love more as she attended church singing with the Tenth St. Baptist Church youth choir in Camden , NJ. SB always kept new records of her favorite artist playing them at home studying the sound of every measure and beat in a song. Music is all she would talk about being amazed by the group Earth, Wind and Fire. Her love for music was so strong by the age of 13 she would save whatever money she had to buy her records. She always kept the current hits for a party.

At the age of 16 she started writing her own songs and playing the keyboard by ear as she began to admire the talent of Prince. She later studied music theroy and business at Camden County College in the state of New Jersey and performed at open mic events , women ministry conferences, Camden County College Choir and jazz ensembles shows at Camden County College.

Her vocal and music influences are Jill Scott, Sarah Vuaghn , Kim Burrel, Stevie Wonder,Prince,Kirk Franklin,Quincey Jones,Shelia E and George Duke.
Gospel music is her greatest influence because SB truly loves to uplift others with encouragement and positive inspirations.
