About Soulja4Christ

Soulja4Christ, Born Michael E. Ricks, on an Army base in Fairbanks ,Alaska, is an aspiring gospel artist (Singer/Songwriter) with Living Water Music. In this role, Soulja4Christ looks after/coordinates/manages/his own label and all aspects of business, including distribution, promoting and sales. A big believer in spreading the Full Gospel of Jesus Christ, Soulja4Christ's music targets the hearts of new believers in Christ. Soulja4Christ is no stranger to hard work. Working as a caregiver for many years having spent 5 years off and on as a caregiver and a warehouseman which taught him the importance of integrity, reliability, depenability, and compassion. Soulja4Christ has more than 15 years of workforce experience in many other areas. Prior to starting his music label (Living Water Music) , Soulja4Christ spent most of his teenage years writing poems and love songs and singing in talent shows and his middle school chorus class(singing in plays). It was only after Soulja4Christ reached adulthood he began to hone his skills and gift as a Singer/Songwriter. As he became older his life began to take a different turn. Soulja4Christ moved to Oregon in 1997 and a few years later found the Lord. Soulja4Christ was saved by the precious blood of Jesus. Though struggling in areas, Soulja4Christ felt the need to rededicate his life to the Lord in early 2009 and since has been living a life "Holy and Acceptable to God". From this rebirth came the CD "My Salvation". Soulja4Christ helps young adults identify with Christ through song and to minister the Word Of God in a musical way that can Identify with most youth. Soulja4Christ is a member of New Beginnings Christian Center in Portland, Oregon with wonderful Senior Pastors in Pastor Brad and Lisa Makowski. He is a regular volunteer, who is in the music ministry under Pastor Jeffrey Scott. Soulja4Christ operates the teleprompter for the choir and is also a member of the choir at NBCC. He leads a small group out of his home on Monday evenings @7pm named Men Of Honor: (A Mens Accountability Group) Soulja4Christ has been serving in his community helping out in outreaches in the SE area of Portland along with the Founder of Gospel Band AbbADoSay of DoSay Records and Media Mr. Charles Hysaw. Soulja4Christ now focuses mainly on his family and Songwriting. Soulja4Christ is very passionate about reaching the lost and sharing Gods message of Love and Forgiveness to all who will freely accept it.
