Singer, Songwriter, and inspirational speaker, Kymar Carter was born and raised in Chicago, IL. Her journey began in a pentecostal church where her father was the pastor. Ever since she could remember music played a very important part in her life. Singing wasnt just a hobby, early on she knew singing was her gift.

Kymar has been blessed to work and or share the stage with artist such as Grammy award winning songwriter and International Recording Artist "Donald Lawrence" and Stellar and Dove award winning EMI Gospel Recording Artist "Kierra Sheard". In 2009 Kymar was featured on the hit single "Start all over Again" by the stellar award winning choir New Direction.

Kymar is now signed with Emerged Music's Christian label division on Reborn Records.
