Miranda discovered her love for drama at 10yrs of age when she was offered the main role of "Mary Lennox" in the musical "The Secret Garden." http://www.fiddeslaw.com.au/tsgallery/ It was then that it triggered as to why she has always been such a natural drama queen! Since, she has played the lead role in her first straight drama of "The Little Princess. During 2004, Miranda found her love for classical/opera music as well as many other genres. She has since been completing her AMEB singing exams and going for her musicianship. 2007 brang her to a new part of her life when she was given the opportunity (by her extremely lovely singing teacher Miss Kim) to sing fequently with a live jazz band at the exchange hotel. Hence, her passion for jazz grew. Miranda has performed in many musicals and at the age of 11, was nominated for a CONDA Award. Miss Daisy’s first love will always be performing whether it in her bedroom or an opera house in France! She performs for many Charity Concerts, Christmas Carols By Candlelights and her favourite- Musical Theatre. Last show Miranda was in was the Musical of CATS http://cats.eventx.com.au/ Miranda believes that to be a great singer you need to be able to sing more than one genre of song and that to sing a song well, it has to come from your heart.
